Not 80’s
They missed the mark on this one. Zours is NOT an 80’s candy. It wasn’t introduced until the late, late 90’s. They didn’t include sour patch kids?

Missed Bonkers, Fun Dips, and other now defunct candies. Lame!

Let Down!!
When I saw the picture I was excited. I was going to give this as a 30th birthday present but I decided to try if for myself. It was a huge let down. I don’t remember wink soda and it tasted like a generic mountain dew. The candy could have been from any decade. BTW where were the gummy savers. It was mostly generic stuff. Not worth the price at all. Shipping was too much. If they would take out that nasty generic soda the shipping could be cut in half.

Somewhat disappointed.
Apparentely there was no chocolate in the 80s…. there was like two chocolate treats in the whole box. I just kind of skimmed over the description before I bought the box, because I purchased the 70s box last year and was very pleased with it. Also I didn’t realize that the pop that comes in the box takes up so much space… and I’ve asked my whole family if they have even heard of that brand of pop and they have not… so how is that eighties? What’s the point? Like I said, I liked the 70s box, and may even purchase the 90s box in the future because after careful review I am sure it will be delicious, but with the cost of shipping, this order cost like forty bucks, and for what I got in the 80s box, I don’t think it was worth it.

Great Gift
I gave this item as a gift. My dad absolutely loved it. He’s not much for candy, but it was fun to be nostalgic on his 50th birthday and taste the different candies with him. The box included a lot of items not listed, and had a great variety. I’d highly recommend this as a fun gift for someone you’d enjoy reminiscing with.

The 50s rate, it was THAT great!
My husband loved his 50s box of old candies. We kept looking at all the candy saying, “Remember this one, remember that one? That one was MY favorite! That one is My favorite!” My husband would not share his candy (for the first time) as he savored every bite. I did get one box of candy from him. That violet flower-scented gum which was MY favorite from my childhood days. He absolutely loved this gift and I will buy again in the future. If you want a box of fun, this IS IT!

Great Product!
I bought this for my father for Father’s Day and he absolutley LOVED it! Everyone thought it was such a great and unique gift. My dad along with my aunt and uncle went through the box of candy with huge smiles and lots of “Oh my gosh! Remember these?” There was ALOT of candy in that box! I didn’t expect it to be that much!

A Blast at the Retirement Home!
I sent this to my father for his birthday and he had the best time handing out the candy in the retirement center where he lives. Everyone found out it was his birthday this way. He didn’t think the candies were exceptional tasting but he enjoyed seeing his friends’ eyes light up when they saw their old favorites. It generated a lot of talking, laughing and reminiscing. A bunch of ladies got into the candy cigarettes and had their picture taken “smoking” in the lounge! Dad is very frugal and unfortunately, the price slip was included. So, first he says to me, kidding a bit but also showing his German roots: “Gayle, $40 for a box of candy?!” But he called me several times after to let me know that he got his $40 worth of fun! I did consider getting the 40’s gift box, as that was more my father’s era, but this gift has a lot more candy and I figured he’d enjoy having plenty to share. My 76 year old father thought the candy selection was right on target for what he remembered buying as a kid.
