Well it tastes pretty good. I agree. But I was disapointed when none of mine hatched. I dumped a clump of them into my 10 gallon tank and waited..And waited. But nothing. Then I figured out teh problem was they weren’t fertilized so I fertilized the eggs I had left, put those into the tanks and still no luck. So, 1 star for the taste.

This brand is not to salty, not to fishy. Great caviar taste with ample pop. The freshness is evident. I have bought this brand over and over and it’s never let me down. I’ve introduced several friends and family members to caviar using this brand and it never fails to impress. Highly reccomended.

Know that these must be refridgerated upon arrival
I sent these as a gift and my family did not actually get to try. They live in Florida and did not realize they had to refridgerate. They were concerned they spoiled.
5 stars for customer service issuing a full refund when my uncle called.
